Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis as follows:

Volunteers ($700.00): February
Cabin Friend of the Heard ($900.00): March
There can be an additional fee added to the total depending on the total number of guests attending.
When booking your reservation below you can choose to pay in full or to pay the deposit only by entering your reservation into the correct field.
If you reserve a date in May or October the price will be reduced by $100.00. This will be reflected in your final payment (rather than the deposit).
The Heard Holbrook Cabin is available for one week reservations only (Saturday 2 pm - Saturday 9 am) beginning the first full week in May through the last full week in October. The current schedule may be obtained by e-mail (nellerbrock@heardmuseum.org).
A confirmation will be mailed within two weeks of your reservation request and $100 deposit payment. The deposit is non-refundable upon confirmation. If your requested dates are not available, you will be contacted and you may be able to reschedule (time permitting) or your deposit will be returned. A packet of information will be e-mailed to you four weeks prior to your cabin visit. Final payments are due no less than 30 days prior to your visit (no exceptions).

Please provide the following information to preregister and prepay (both required) for this 3 Hour Wetland Canoe Trail. Payment is required to complete your reservation.
Before program participation, each participant must provide a participant information form and waiver of liability and release of claims. Copies will be available at the event or use the links below to get to the forms online. Please e-mail to ropes@heardmuseum.org.
*Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Children age 7 and up may participate Cancellation PolicyWe reserve the right to cancel due to weather or insufficient participant numbers. If the Heard cancels an event, we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided. If the participant chooses to cancel his or her own reservation, no refunds will be given 7 days or less before a scheduled event.

By purchasing tickets, please note that you are acknowledging that you are age 21 or over. We reserve the right to check IDs at the event and may restrict entry (without refund) for those who do not meet minimum age requirements.
Your ticket will include a meal provided by Lazy Dog. Please notify us by email (info@heardmuseum.org) at least two weeks in advance of the event if you will be needing a vegetarian option.
The option to pre-purchase beverages is available through the ticketing form below. While attendees will be able to purchase drinks at the event, this option is provided in order to save our event guests time in line. This is a limited engagement event and tickets are nonrefundable.

The Fall Family Campout will offer groups an evening of fantastic discovery after hours! Our programs consist of team-building activities, the opportunity to experience Texas wildlife and more. Experience what it’s like to be a member of the Heard’s nightlife. And, enjoy a night that your family will never forget! Spots are limited, so be sure to get your ticket now.
This program is available to families with kids ages 5 through 12. Each attending group must have at least 1 adult per 4 children to provide supervision.
Guests must bring their own tent and other equipment. Please note that lights out will be no later than 10 p.m.
